The 2026 Longevity Guidebook: the free PDF, rebuilt so it reads as an independent guide
This is the PDF we give away free. It no longer reads like a supplement company's book.

People who get the free guidebook today still get the old version. It switches to this one when Mike and Nick say so.
What changed
- Gone: the "What we're about" pages, the bloodwork guarantee box, and every line about what we make. The Opus Longevity logo stays on the cover and title page.
- BROQ, SPMD-99 and NMN-99 are still the top pick in their chapters, in the same card every other top pick gets: a price and where to buy it ("$64.60 a month on subscription, or $76.00 one-time, at opus.life"), and a "Picture: Opus Longevity" line like every other maker's.
- The lab tests read as "an independent 3rd-party lab tested the 21 top-selling sulforaphane supplements", and "six of the top-selling" spermidine and NMN supplements. BROQ is never singled out.
- Other brands' product pictures are now about as big as ours. Two Thorne bottles look narrower only because they are already as tall as ours.
- The Amazon paperback has the same words (366 pages; the free PDF adds its cover as page 1).
How it was checked
Two reviewers read it as strangers who got it free. Both now say it reads as an independent guide. A third confirmed nothing broke.
For Mike and Nick to decide
- Our three top-pick cards open with just the product name ("BROQ."), while every other card names its maker ("Mitopure by Timeline"). Recommended: add "by Opus Longevity", so ours match. The "Picture: Opus Longevity" line already shows who makes them.
- Mike's line in the NMN chapter, "You can take either NMN or NR - and the best research says NMN is the one.", stays word for word. Both readers felt it steers to our NMN. Their suggested replacement for the second half: "Both raise NAD+ in people."
- The book ranks sulforaphane, spermidine and NMN 1 to 3, above omega-3, vitamin D and creatine. One reader said that is where they guessed who wrote it. The book now says why: those three come first because the brand you pick changes what you get (in the lab tests, 7 of the 21 sulforaphane supplements had no sulforaphane found). Recommended: keep the order.
